FLOW with Fe

Meet Felicia

Felicia Gross-Bellamy completed her 200-hour RYT certification through the Jivan Yoga Teacher Training at Baltimore Yoga Village, is a Certified Yoga for All and Certified Level 1 Yoga for Arthritis Instructor, and holds her Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Maryland, Baltimore School of Social Work with a specialization in Aging.  She is also a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in the state of Maryland.

Felicia decided to pursue Yoga earlier in her life as a self-care tool to help maintain her work-life balance and peace of mind.  Currently, as a professional working in the community, she uses the practice of Yoga to help promote healthy aging by adapting Yoga shapes to meet the physical abilities of her clients, and offering Gentle Yoga, Chair Yoga, and Mixed Level Yoga classes and workshops.  Felicia strives to encourage participants of different ages, abilities, and backgrounds to learn how they can benefit from cultivating a practice of their own.

Making Yoga & Wellness Accessible for All

FLOW with Fe's mission is to make healing accessible for underserved populations, create sacred spaces that can help individuals feel safe, and foster a sense of belonging through the practice of Yoga.

When you FLOW with Fe:

- Everyone is seen and heard.

- There is no right or wrong way.

- The practice is YOURS to explore.

- There are many options for you to choose from to make it your own.

- I am simply a guide. The learning happens both ways!
