March 20th is recognized as International Day of Happiness! During the COVID-19 Pandemic, I decided to share my Yoga practice with you all on this day.

Winter time can be challenging. As seasons change, leaves change colors and fall from trees, the air gets dryer, the temperature gets cooler, and things begin to transition. It can be difficult being surrounded by these environmental changes if you are also experiencing or healing from transitions in your personal life.
