A Mixed Level Yoga offering that incorporates conscious breathing, asana practice, meditation, and the use of props to practice at a slower pace, encouraging awareness of the breath and sensations that might be present in the body. Various options are given by the instructor for each shape that is practiced. Can also be taught as a Chair Yoga class for participants with limited mobility.
